For your kind information, the residence is currently in its soft-opening phase. Two-thirds of the project has already been completed and is fully operational, while only the remaining one-third is still under development.
Villa Dao Phasouk offers 300 sqm of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living space, blending modern comfort with authentic tropical charm.
On the front, a private car-park welcomes up to 1 car and 2 motorbikes, under CCTV control.
Inside, the villa opens onto a bright and fully air-conditioned open-plan living area featuring a comfortable family lounge, Smart TV, high-speed internet connection, and a fully equipped modern American-style kitchen.
Each bedroom suite is fully air-conditioned and features its own private bathroom and dedicated wardrobe space, offering approximately 27 sqm of comfort and privacy per suite.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a spacious private swimming pool with a depth of 1.4 meters, surrounded by a sun terrace, outdoor dining area, comfortable lounge space, and a family-friendly garden with artificial grass. The entire outdoor area is fully private, with absolutely no overlooking — allowing complete peace and privacy throughout your stay.

Located just 2 minutes from the main road, the residence offers easy access to all daily conveniences including cafés, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, and several 7/11 stores.
For sports and wellness enthusiasts, some of the island’s most popular facilities such as Koh Fit Gym and Punch It Muay Thai Camp are only 4 minutes away, while Lamai Beach can be reached in just 7 minutes.
Lamai is loved for its relaxed atmosphere and healthy lifestyle, offering the perfect balance between calmness & island charm. Whether you enjoy yoga, diving, hiking, beach clubs, or excursions, the area offers lots of opportunities to relax, explore, and experience the best of Koh Samui.
Despite being conveniently close to all attractions and amenities, Karma Shana remains tucked away in a calm and serene environment, with easy access via a flat and comfortable road.
To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, while check-out takes place between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon). Arrivals or departures outside these hours remain subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We highly recommend sharing your estimated arrival time with us in advance so our team can warmly welcome you and organize your arrival smoothly.
Upon check-in, a member of our team will personally welcome you at the villa, guide you through the property, complete the check-in formalities with you, answer any questions you may have, and assist you with your first steps during your stay.
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB (or equivalent in EUR/USD) in cash will be requested upon arrival. This deposit will be fully returned at check-out after a final inspection of the villa conducted together.
Please kindly note that electricity is charged separately according to personal consumption, based on meter readings taken at both check-in and check-out. The rate is 7 THB per kWh.
To make your arrival as comfortable as possible, the villa includes a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as bottled water, coffee, and sanitary products. Please note that these items are provided only upon arrival and are not replenished during the stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of 3,000 THB applies and is already included in your reservation total. For stays of 7 nights or more, one complimentary cleaning service with linen change is included every week.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas only, provided ashtrays are used. A cleaning penalty of 10,000 THB will apply in case of non-compliance.
Pets are unfortunately not permitted within the property.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the residence, guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Events, gatherings, or celebrations must receive prior approval from management. Unauthorized parties or excessive noise, especially during quiet hours, may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. One additional infant under 3 years old is accepted free of charge, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.

The villa is thoughtfully spread across two separate buildings, offering additional privacy and space, while remaining within the same fully private property.
Private parking is available directly on-site, and the road leading to the residence is completely flat and easily accessible.

For only 700 THB, a private driver will wait for you directly at the airport upon landing and take you comfortably to the villa in a spacious, air-conditioned vehicle — with no waiting time, no taxi queue, and direct doorstep service to Karma Shana.
Getting around Koh Samui is also very easy and accessible. While the island has very limited public transportation aside from the traditional “Songthaews” (shared red taxis operating along the main roads on a hop-on / hop-off basis), renting a scooter or a car remains by far the most convenient and affordable way to explore the island’s beautiful beaches, hidden gems, cafés, viewpoints, and tropical landscapes.
Our team will be happy to assist you with vehicle rentals through trusted local partners offering fully insured and well-maintained vehicles.
Should you wish to arrange a scooter or car rental before your arrival, feel free to contact us in advance — your vehicle can be delivered directly to the villa and ready for you upon check-in.

May 2026Одна из красивейших и удобных вилл на Самуи. Тихое и спокойное место, именно то, что надо для семейного отдыха. Вилла оборудована всем необходимым, а то что требовалось, нам сразу доставляла великолепная команда Karma Shana. Отдыхали три недели 2 взрослых и 2 детей. Наш отдых прошел беззаботно и комфортно благодаря именно поддержке Karma Shana, во главе с профессиональным хозяином Дианой, которая любезно нас встречала при заезде. Отличный бассейн. Сама вилла продумана до мелочей, для удобства гостей. Все наши вопросы решались мгновенно. Помимо всего, нас детально проконсультировали по местам отдыха на острове. Когда обгорел ребенок, нам помогли с лекарством) и мы далее продолжали наслаждаться отдыхом. Такой сервис встречается только в отелях 5 звезд. Ребята профессионально делают свою работу. Безусловно в такую виллу и такой высокий уровень сервиса хочется возвращаться снова и снова! Однозначно рекомендую рассмотреть данную виллу для длительного проживания! До встречи снова ❤️❤️❤️

April 2026We are extremely happy with our stay here. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped with literally everything we needed – always quick, friendly, and very helpful. The place was very clean and fresh, and you immediately felt comfortable. The environment was calm and perfect to come back to after a long day. And the beds… honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We slept incredibly well every night. Highly recommend this place – we will definitely be back!
