Your first steps at Villa Dao Phasouk embrace a warm, personalised welcome. One of our dedicated Guest Relations Managers will meet you at the villa, show you around and make sure you have everything you need to settle in comfortably.
Throughout your stay, our on-site team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, whether you need assistance with the villa, transportation, vehicle rentals, excursions or simply a favourite local recommendation.
We are always close by when you need us, while leaving you all the privacy and freedom to enjoy Villa Dao Phasouk entirely at your own pace.
Karma Shana is a private villa residence currently in its progressive opening phase.
Approximately two-thirds of the project is already completed and fully operational, while development continues within the final section of the residence.
### CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Arrivals or departures outside these hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so our team can prepare your welcome.
Upon arrival, a member of our team will personally welcome you at Villa Dao Phasouk, show you around and complete the check-in formalities with you.
### SECURITY DEPOSIT & ELECTRICITY
• Refundable security deposit: THB 10,000 in cash or equivalent amount in EUR/USD
• Fully returned at check-out following the departure inspection
• Electricity: THB 7 per kWh based on actual consumption
• Meter readings taken at check-in and check-out
### WELCOME ESSENTIALS
A few essentials will be waiting for you upon arrival:

These complimentary items are provided upon arrival and are not replenished during the stay.
### HOUSEKEEPING & LINEN
• The THB 3,000 final cleaning fee is already included in your reservation
• For stays of 7 nights or longer, complimentary housekeeping with linen change is provided once per week

• 1 additional child under 3 years old stays free of charge

### VILLA RULES
To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the residence:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa
• Smoking is permitted outdoors using the ashtrays provided
• A THB 10,000 cleaning fee will apply if the indoor smoking policy is not respected
• Pets are not permitted
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Events, parties and gatherings require prior approval from management
• Any unauthorised party or excessive noise may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund
