Villa Crocus is all about understated elegance — a comfortable and private place where you instantly feel on holiday.
From the morning, sunlight fills the villa. Large glass doors open the living spaces onto the terrace and pool, almost erasing the line between indoors and outdoors.
Breakfast outside, a morning swim, a lazy afternoon on the sun loungers or in the shade of the lounge… then everyone comes together around the table as the tropical heat begins to soften.
The villa is arranged across two separate buildings, creating a pleasant sense of independence between the sleeping areas and communal living spaces.

Approximately two-thirds of the project is already completed and fully operational, while development continues within the final section of the residence.

• Check-out: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Arrivals or departures outside these hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We recommend sharing your estimated arrival time with us in advance so our team can prepare your welcome.
Upon arrival, a member of our team will personally welcome you at Villa Crocus, show you around and complete the check-in formalities with you.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & ELECTRICITY
• Refundable security deposit: THB 10,000 in cash or equivalent in EUR/USD
• Fully returned at check-out following the departure inspection
• Electricity: THB 7 per kWh based on your actual consumption
• Meter readings taken at check-in and check-out
A LITTLE WELCOME FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
A welcome kit will be waiting for you with a few essentials:
• Bottled water
• Coffee
• Basic sanitary products
These items are provided upon arrival and are not replenished during the stay.
HOUSEKEEPING & LINEN
• The THB 3,000 final cleaning fee is already included in the total amount of your reservation
• For stays of 7 nights or longer, complimentary housekeeping with linen change is provided once per week
GUEST CAPACITY
• Up to 6 guests
• 1 additional child under 3 years old stays free of charge
• Baby cot available free of charge upon request
A FEW RULES TO KEEP THINGS PEACEFUL
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa
• Smoking is permitted outdoors using the ashtrays provided
• A THB 10,000 cleaning fee will apply if the indoor smoking policy is not respected
• Pets are not permitted
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Events, parties and gatherings require prior approval from management
• Any unauthorised party or excessive noise may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund
