Located in the heart of Lamai, Villa Arev offers approximately 300 m² of indoor and outdoor living space, arranged around a private swimming pool, tropical garden and several areas where everyone can settle into their own holiday rhythm.
Villa Arev is first and foremost a holiday home made to be lived in, shared and enjoyed at your own pace.
Mornings here are made to be slow. Open the doors onto the garden, enjoy your first coffee outside and take an early swim before the day truly begins. Later, some guests may stretch out in the sunshine while others linger over lunch in the shade or retreat to the cool comfort of the air-conditioned living room.
As evening arrives, the atmosphere changes. The tropical heat softens, the lights come on around the pool and the villa becomes the perfect place to simply enjoy being together.
Its 3 generous suites, each approximately 27 m², are all air-conditioned and include their own private bathroom and dressing area, giving every guest a true sense of personal space.
The property is arranged across two separate buildings within one completely private estate, creating an ideal balance between time together and individual privacy.
Outside, there are no overlooking neighbours — only your private pool, tropical garden and the relaxed rhythm of Koh Samui.

For an effortless arrival, we can arrange a private airport transfer for 700 THB. Your driver will be waiting when you land, ready to take you straight to the villa in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle — no queues, no searching for a taxi, just a smooth start to your holiday.
Once settled in, a scooter or car is the easiest way to enjoy Samui at your own pace — from quiet beaches and little cafés to viewpoints and spontaneous stops along the way.

Good to Know Before Booking
Karma Shana is a private villa residence currently in the final stages of development.
Approximately two-thirds of the residence is now completed and fully operational, while development continues within the remaining section of the project.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Arrivals or departures outside these hours are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge
• Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can prepare for your arrival
SECURITY DEPOSIT & UTILITIES
• Refundable cash security deposit: THB 10,000 or equivalent amount in EUR/USD
• Returned after the departure inspection, provided no damage or missing items are found
• Electricity: THB 7 per kWh, calculated according to meter readings taken at check-in and check-out
• Water included
HOUSEKEEPING & WELCOME ESSENTIALS
• The THB 3,000 final cleaning fee is already included in the total amount of your reservation
• For stays of 7 nights or longer, complimentary weekly housekeeping with a change of household linen is included
• Bottled water, coffee, toiletries and a selection of essential household products are provided upon arrival
• These complimentary welcome items are not replenished during your stay

VILLA RULES
To help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the residence:
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa
• A THB 10,000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected indoors
• Pets are not permitted
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Events and gatherings require prior approval from management
• Any unauthorized party or excessive noise may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund
Karma Shana is a private villa residence, not a hotel. As elsewhere on Koh Samui, occasional interruptions to electricity or water may exceptionally occur for reasons outside our control.
A safe is provided for your valuables. Karma Shana Residence cannot be held responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.
