Nestled in the heart of Koh Samui’s coconut grove, Karma Shana is located in one of the island’s most peaceful and pleasant areas.
Lamai Beach, famous for its golden sand and crystal-clear waters, is just a few minutes away. Nearby, you can visit the iconic Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks, or stroll through the lively night market, where Thai street food and local crafts come together in a vibrant atmosphere.
The town also offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, along with all essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs.
Whether you enjoy yoga, diving, hiking, or island excursions, Lamai is the perfect base to combine relaxation and discovery. And despite its proximity to the main attractions, the area remains calm and serene, ideal for families and couples seeking tranquility.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents of the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas, and ashtrays must be used. An additional cleaning fee of 10,000 THB will be charged in case of violation.
Pets are not allowed in the villa.
Events or celebrations must be approved in advance. Unauthorized parties or excessive noise during quiet hours may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh, based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
A cleaning fee of 3,000 THB is applied to cover end-of-stay housekeeping. For stays of 7 nights or more, a complimentary cleaning with linen change is provided once per week.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. One additional baby (under 3 years old) is permitted, and a baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon arrival to cover potential damages or service consumption:
10,000 THB for stays under 7 nights
20,000 THB for stays of 7 nights or more
This amount will be returned at check-out after inspection.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, garden, and all indoor facilities. Additionally, you can enjoy the communal residence amenities, such as the 24/7 fitness room, starting from January 2026. Parking is available directly on the premises.

Throughout your stay, we are available for assistance via phone or messaging apps (during working hours, from 9:00am to 6:00pm). Whether it’s booking excursions, arranging transportation, or providing local recommendations, we’re here to help.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Late arrivals may incur additional fees.
