For sports and wellness enthusiasts, some of the island’s most popular facilities such as Koh Fit Gym and Punch It Muay Thai Camp are only 4 minutes away, while Lamai Beach can be reached in just 7 minutes.
Airport arrival queues in Koh Samui can sometimes be quite long, which is why we offer a convenient private airport transfer service to make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible.
For only 700 THB, a private driver will wait for you directly at the airport upon landing and take you comfortably to the villa in a spacious, air-conditioned vehicle — with no waiting time, no taxi queue, and direct doorstep service to Karma Shana.
Getting around Koh Samui is also very easy and accessible. While the island has very limited public transportation aside from the traditional “Songthaews” (shared red taxis operating along the main roads on a hop-on / hop-off basis), renting a scooter or a car remains by far the most convenient and affordable way to explore the island’s beautiful beaches, hidden gems, cafés, viewpoints, and tropical landscapes.
Our team will be happy to assist you with vehicle rentals through trusted local partners offering fully insured and well-maintained vehicles.
Should you wish to arrange a scooter or car rental before your arrival, feel free to contact us in advance — your vehicle can be delivered directly to the villa and ready for you upon check-in.
Your stay begins with a personal welcome at Villa Pearl. A member of our team will complete the check-in formalities, introduce you to the property and answer any questions.
Our on-site team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for assistance with the villa, transportation, vehicle rentals, excursions and recommendations around Koh Samui.

Karma Shana is currently in its soft-opening phase. Approximately two-thirds of the residence is completed and fully operational, while development continues in the remaining section.

• Different arrival or departure times are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee

SECURITY DEPOSIT & UTILITIES
• Refundable cash security deposit: 10,000 THB or equivalent in EUR/USD
• Returned after the check-out inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified
• Electricity: 7 THB per kWh, based on check-in and check-out meter readings

CLEANING & WELCOME AMENITIES
• The 3,000 THB end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the reservation total
• For stays of 7 nights or more, one complimentary weekly cleaning with linen change is included
• Water, coffee, toiletries and basic household essentials are provided upon arrival
• Welcome amenities are not replenished during the stay

• 1 additional infant under 3 years old accepted free of charge

• No smoking indoors
• A 10,000 THB charge applies if smoke is detected inside

• Unauthorized parties or excessive noise may result in termination of the stay without refund
Karma Shana is a private villa residence rather than a hotel. Occasional external electricity or water interruptions may occur on Koh Samui and remain beyond our control.
A safe is provided for valuables. Karma Shana cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

December 2025The villa was fantastic. Tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, yet close to everything in Lamai, so getting around was easy. The place was spotless and absolutely worth it. We really loved our stay. Diane was an exceptional host. Super friendly, very easy to deal with, and always happy to help. She accommodated all our requests and shared great local recommendations when needed. Definitely a hidden gem in Lamai.
